PROCESS.STANDARD.RECORD.
The Bralone catalogue is maintained through a structured process of sourcing review, compositional assessment, independent verification, and archive documentation. This page describes each stage in sequence.
Each ingredient source is identified to the supplier level, not merely the country of origin. Suppliers are assessed for the availability of food-grade processing documentation, chain-of-custody records, and their ability to provide batch-specific certificates of composition. Generic origin claims are not accepted at this stage. Sourcing prioritises suppliers in established nutritional ingredient regions with documented audit histories.
Once a supplier is identified, ingredient ratios within the proposed formulation are reviewed against published nutritional research and established micronutrient balance standards. The review considers the elemental profile, serving composition, and the compatibility of ingredient combinations. Formulations that fail to demonstrate coherent compositional rationale are returned for reformulation before the process continues.
Before catalogue entry is confirmed, each batch undergoes independent laboratory analysis to verify that elemental concentrations match the declared composition and that labelling accuracy falls within acceptable variance. The laboratory engaged is independent of both the supplier and Bralone — results are reviewed against the submitted formulation documentation. Any batch that falls outside acceptable ranges is suspended pending re-analysis or reformulation.
Formulations that pass independent verification are entered into the Bralone archive with a revision number, batch code, and full sourcing record. The archive entry captures the date of verification, the independent laboratory used, the lot record reference, and any notes on reformulation history. The archive is maintained in both digital and physical formats at the London office.
Catalogue entries are not static. Every new production run is regarded as a new verification event. Updated batch certificates are required from the supplier, and where compositional changes are detected, a new independent verification cycle is initiated. Entries whose documentation lapses are suspended from the live catalogue until documentation is restored. This ongoing review cycle is what distinguishes the Bralone catalogue from a standard product listing.
Each catalogue update — whether adding a new entry, updating a formulation, or suspending an entry — is assigned a revision number. The revision system provides a traceable history of changes: what changed, when it changed, and which batch records correspond to each revision. Revision numbers are displayed on each product entry card in the catalogue and are available on request for any archived entry.
Ingredient origin is documented, not assumed.
The Bralone sourcing standard requires that every active ingredient in a catalogue entry can be traced to a named supplier whose facilities operate under food-grade processing standards. A supplier's name alone is not sufficient — the standard requires access to batch-specific certificates of composition that accompany each production run.
Active ingredients are sourced from documented suppliers, with each batch accompanied by a certificate of composition. Sourcing prioritises suppliers whose facilities maintain food-grade processing standards.
The geographical origin of key ingredients is noted in the archive for each formulation. This includes: whether marine-sourced ingredients originate from named-region fisheries; whether botanical extracts carry a region-of-cultivation record; and whether mineral sources are accompanied by an elemental purity certificate.

Verified
Elemental Concentration
The independent laboratory confirms that the concentration of each listed active ingredient falls within the declared range. Where chelated mineral forms are used, the elemental equivalence is verified against the label declaration. Results that fall outside the acceptable variance range suspend catalogue entry until a new production run is submitted.
Labelling Accuracy
The label is reviewed against the verified composition to confirm that ingredient declarations, quantities per serving, and allergen statements are accurate. The review includes unit consistency — ensuring that microgram declarations are not inflated by conversion errors and that serving-size language accurately reflects the tested quantity.
Batch Traceability
Each verified batch receives a unique lot record reference that links the physical production run to the laboratory results and the sourcing certificates. This record is retained in the Bralone archive and is the primary documentation consulted when reviewing formulation history or responding to catalogue enquiries.
Suppliers are assessed before ingredients are agreed.
The supplier assessment covers four areas: processing standards documentation, batch certificate availability, response time to documentation requests, and consistency of compositional data across previous runs where relevant. Suppliers who cannot provide batch-specific certificates are not carried forward.
Bralone does not maintain a single preferred supplier relationship for all ingredients. Different suppliers are used for different ingredient categories, selected based on their demonstrated strength in that category. Marine ingredients are sourced from fishery-certified suppliers; botanical extracts from suppliers with origin-of-cultivation documentation; mineral compounds from suppliers with demonstrated elemental purity histories.
The supplier list is reviewed at each annual catalogue revision. Suppliers who fail to maintain their documentation standards are replaced at the following production run.
"All supplier agreements include a documentation clause requiring batch-specific composition certificates. This clause has been a condition of all Bralone supplier relationships since the catalogue's first edition in 2021."
Topical formulations follow the same documentation logic.
The skincare line is governed by the same sourcing and verification standards as the nutritional supplement line, with adaptations appropriate to topical formulations. Ingredient origins — including marine collagen sources, hyaluronic acid molecular weight specifications, and botanical extract grades — are documented at the supplier level.
Formulation stability is reviewed at each batch run. The composition of a skincare entry is not adjusted without a corresponding update to the archive record and a new verification event. Fragrance and preservative systems are declared in full in the ingredient list; no undisclosed fragrance blends are used.
The skincare line does not make structural claims — it describes ingredient composition and the known functional roles of those ingredients, as established in the relevant published literature on topical actives.
Named-region marine collagen with MW specification documentation per batch.
Low-molecular weight form verified for absorption profile at each formulation revision.
Full preservation system declared; efficacy tested within the formulation matrix.
Formulation stability reviewed at each production run; shelf-life declarations based on accelerated stability data.
Product Classification
Bralone products are nutritional food-supplements registered with the applicable local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification. Products meet compositional and labelling requirements for nutritional supplement categories.
Research Basis
Ingredient profiles in Bralone products are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy. We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any supplement to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.
